Two things stand out. First, limescale is overwhelmingly what drives people to buy — on taps, kettles, shower screens and inside appliances — usually alongside a second, more personal reason such as skin, hair, or protecting expensive appliances. Second, satisfaction is high: the vast majority say it was worth it and would recommend one, most within hard and very hard water areas.
Owners also notice the difference quickly — typically within days to a month — with less limescale, softer skin and laundry, and using far less soap and cleaning product.
