What we collect
When you request quotes we collect your name, address, postcode, telephone, email and details about your home (bathrooms, number of people). We also record technical data such as IP address, device and browser, and any marketing click identifiers (e.g. gclid, fbclid) from the link you arrived through.
How we use it
We use your details to match you with up to three vetted local installers and to verify your request (including a one-time code sent by SMS or an automated confirmation call). We share your enquiry with those installers so they can contact you with quotes. We do not sell your data for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in providing the comparison service you requested.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to provide and improve the service and to meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@water-softener-quotes.co.uk.
