“We live in a hard water area and the visible limescale on our taps, shower screens and kettle was concerning let alone what is was doing the inside of other appliances i.e. Washing machine. We decided we need to make a change and invest in a water softener. Found a local company which had good reviews and used a good brand/product. The engineer was brilliant. He talked through the installation process, did an amazing job and left our home clean and tidy. Within a week or so, we started to notice a difference and its only got better. Taps and shower screens are limescale free. The new kettle still looks brand new. Limescale has gone. Filtered water tap was a good option to take. We have friends who live in Bath, who on our experience also now have a soft water system and rave about it. A great investment to improve your water quality. 100% recommend”
