Although difficult installation, we were kept informed and all aspects of the fit were discussed. Remedial work was required to repair our wall after the installation was completed, and this was done quickly and neatly, removing any evidence of the the original installation.

We were booked in for a fitting and 2 weeks before we were called and asked if they could install in half an hour's time. We agreed to this and our installer was very helpful and friendly. However because he was called in last minute he had the wrong gear which he assured us would be replaced soon. We are still waiting

As this was a new build fitting, I thought the fitting was more complex than expected so a schematic provided early would have helped our plumber install the pipes exactly where required. However, finished article is smart and well installed. Very happy with the team that did the work
