Installation took longer than expected but worth it
Our first one was faulty. Overflow was running all the time. But you replaced it . No problem with this one. Brilliant customer service
This reflects our dis satisfaction with the lack of customer service so far. This was supposed to have been carried out in May...new date now end of july. Total farce. At this stage if asked i would not recommend this company to anyone.

Companies like this should not be operating in the UK. Caused a massive leak over 2 floors due to cheap faulty materials used, were completely unresponsive when alerted and let it drag on for almost a year. AVOID
All was well from ordering to installing the new softener and answering all my questions and cleaned all after job done .

After sales service is deplorable
Customer service is terrible, the speed of service even worse. Had to wait for softener to be installed for a month and then they cancelled it. I am still waiting another month for someone to show up.
Salt needs adding approximately every 6weeks for two people. Call out charges very high. Our Harvey’s water softener is almost 10 years old. Viewed buying a replacement, thought having all the plumbing in place we would only need a new unit installed. Price quoted for all new parts, etc as if the water softener was being installed for the first time. Would only recommend Harveys with the above advice.

Service was excellent clean and tidy, would definitely recommend.
Excellent quality service, and in total control of the order and delivery, which was on time and fitted by a very skillful plumber. Super company and very helpful. Can even check salt levels via WiFi on my phone
First install appointment cancelled. Second appointment re-scheduled for 12.30 - 2.30. The engineer arrived 9.30 a.m. Also day before I was working and was sent a message asking where the machine was going and to send photos. Was unable to do this until I arrived home. Prior to sending got another message chasing for reply.

On a monthly contract pasted 4 years paying to much rip off, I should have paid it on credit card would have been finished long ago looking for a new supplier will change
First class installation only complaint it is not clear where to buy new salt blocks from. We spent £30 buying the wrong ones from Amazon.
Overall, a smooth process from order to installation.
It was disappointing not to receive any follow up call from the customer care. Also, the salt that was sent via post half it was damaged.

Then he gave a price, this was on Saturday, I told him I would not be rushed & would consider it over the following week. I would like to thank the company and Dave Naylor their representative for their quick response after our installation was cancelled initially due to the engineer being unwell. Spoke to Dave Naylor about the problem and to cut a long story short,an engineer Tommy arrived in the afternoon to fit the water softener, he was both courteous and very efficient
