Having done my share of plumbing I am particularly fussy about installation. This particular example was faultless - I was impressed. The installation was actually brought forward from the originally agreed date which was a pleasing bonus. The option to use 12 months interest free credit (which I was not expecting at the outset) made the decision to go ahead easier than ever.

Wish we had done this sooner! Just one issue - the fitter put white silicon sealer where the box butts up to our outside wall - the box is brown and wasn't sealed around the bottom or down the sides. My husband called the customer services line, and basically got nowhere at all with having this rectified. Given the standard of the installation it was a big let down from Harveys. The installer however, was very good indeed, despite not having a dark brown silicon sealant on board.

I live in an area with very hard water and have suffered years of skin dryness and irritation. After just over a week from installation of the water softener, my skin feels smooth and irritation free. My hands are soft as though I’ve just applied hand cream. I hope this continues .

I was disappointed as the unit cover which your engineer opened came without a cover megnet and they said it will be provided within 10 days its now almost 3 weeks now I have not received it yet.

The fitter arrived to time, was very tidy with his work and had a pleasant manner. We have already noticed the difference in our water quality. Although our chosen softener is an expensive piece of kit, we don't regret buying it.
